God hears and understands what we need. We, as human beings, may not understand why God does not move when we want Him to move. ¹¹ For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so, the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 1 Corinthians 2: 11 (KJV) 

As human beings, we know our thoughts. We are spirits living in a physical body. So, if we as human beings are seeking to understand the things of God, we must approach God in the Spiritual realm.

The Scripture tells us that God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth. We cannot understand the things of God unless we have the Spirit of God. God will show us what He wants to show us. Romans 11: 34 (KJV) lets us know that we do not know God's mind, but, He knows our minds. The Scripture also lets us know in Philippians, but my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:19 (KJV). We must go through the Son (Christ Jesus) to reach the Father (God). Trust God, Believe, and Receive even though we don't understand. Believe as a child believes. Be grateful for even the small things.
