God loved man so much that God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul. A man was a baby, who grew and experienced adolescence, early adulthood through middle adulthood, and adulthood. As men began to age, they became older. Older men are to be sober-minded/sober, dignified, self-controlled, sound in faith, in love, and in steadfastness. The aged men should be sober, grave, temperate, and sound in faith, in charity, in patience.

The older men were commissioned to teach the younger men to become all the things a man should be in the sight of God. God sent His Son to teach man how to love, lead, and respect themselves as well as others, not only in word but also in deed, and to teach men to be men. Men who teach and equip other men to walk upright, to be honest, trustworthy, set apart, and to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Men who treat others the way Christ loves and treats the church.
